These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to the velvary.vip website and its associated Telegram bot (the "Service"), provided by Velvary Entertainment Ltd. ("the Company", "we"). By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Operator

2. Age Restriction (18+)

The Service contains adult material and is intended solely for persons aged 18 or over. By registering or continuing to use it, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that viewing adult material is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Nature of Content

All characters ("companions") are fictional and entirely AI-generated. They do not represent real people. Conversations, images and other materials are for entertainment, may be inaccurate or fictional, and do not constitute advice — medical, legal, psychological, financial or other professional. You must not rely on them when making decisions.

4. Account

You must provide accurate information at registration and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorised access.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to: (a) pursue any unlawful purpose; (b) create, request or distribute content involving or depicting minors; (c) content promoting violence, hatred, exploitation or harm to real persons; (d) attempt to bypass technical limits, moderation or security systems; (e) scrape data, overload infrastructure or interfere with the Service; (f) impersonate others or infringe third-party rights. Violations result in immediate suspension without refund.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid features are purchased with Telegram Stars inside the bot under Telegram's rules. Prices are shown in the bot and may change. Virtual units ("Crystals") and subscriptions grant access to Service features, hold no monetary value outside the Service and are not redeemable for cash. Refunds are governed by Telegram's policy and applicable EU consumer law; given the digital nature of content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal may be limited once use begins.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its software, design, trademarks and characters are owned by the Company or lawfully used by it. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits. The Company's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service upon breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Malta, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your EU country of residence.
